TOURNAMENT APPLICATION

For those officials, who have not yet been assigned to NHIAA State Tournament matches, that believe they are capable and available to work in the NHIAA State Tournament and want to be considered for assignments.

The following form has been developed to introduce yourself, as well as providing a source attesting to your qualifications.

Availability: (note that games are at 2pm or 3pm weekdays, flat rate, travel may be required)

Limitations: (List ALL school connections, work connections, alumni connections, personal items)
